NAPO-SFBA Chapter Meetings

NAPO-SFBA Chapter Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month. NAPO-SFBA holds 12 chapter meetings a year, 8 in person and 4 via teleconference. See our events page for meeting locations and schedule. 

General Agenda for Monthly Chapter Meetings: 

No-Host Networking Dinner at Grill & Vine 5 - 6pm
Registration 6 - 6:30pm
Program 6:30 - 8:30pm

For meetings conducted at the Westin Hotel (March, May, October, December), all members and guests are invited and encouraged to join us for a no-host dinner at 5 pm at the hotel restaurant, Vine & Grill, before each in-person chapter meeting. 

Please join your colleagues to explore new tools and approaches that can help you develop and enhance your organizing practice!

Attendance is free for all NAPO-SFBA members (you do not need to register). 


The chapter meeting: Mini-presentations/Introductions (2 mins each Business Partner) Followed by interactive round table break-out sessions. There will be 2 rounds of break-out sessions, each round having 6-7 Business Partners to choose from. Each round will be 20 mins in duration.

Raffle:  The Business Partners will generously donate some amazing raffle Prizes. All proceeds collected will go to the NAPO SFBA general fund.

Exhibitor Booths: NAPO members will have about 30 minutes to visit the Business Partner Exhibitor Booths to learn more about products and services that can help to elevate your business, and give you more client resources.

Mix and Mingle: Once the showcase winds down, please feel free to mix and mingle for a little networking time with colleagues and friends.

Please note, that all NAPO SFBA members attending this event will also receive a small gift from the Business Partners.
