Presented by: Connie Johnson, CPO® Routine Matters

Date: March 13, 2019 * Time: 6:30 - 8:00 PM
Location: Celebration Center Hall, St. Andrews, 1601 Mary Drive, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523

Session Description for Chapter Meeting Speaker:

Why does it matter if you know your numbers? What does it mean to know your numbers? What numbers should you care about? How do you get to know them? Attendees will learn the answers to these questions, and more, and leave with an overview of tools that can help them take ownership of their numbers.

(Note from Connie:  while I will refer to QuickBooks and Quicken when talking about tools, because theseare the ones I am most familiar with, this will not be a QuickBooks or Quicken tutorial).

Connie Johnson, CPO has been a business owner in San Francisco since 1985. After opening and operating four restaurants with her business partner, in 1997 she leftthe restaurant world, taking lessons learned there to help clients in a wide range of industries. Combining her love of learning with her passion for patterns, puzzles and helping people, she opened Routine Matters in 2003 and joined NAPO in 2004. She is one of the inaugural class of Certified Professional Organizers, a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and an Evernote Certified Consultant.

In her work as a financial organizer she has helped business and residential clients navigate a myriad of situations: including opening, closing, buying and selling businesses, transitioning entities from sole proprietor to LLC, S-Corp, and Partnerships, declaring bankruptcy, not declaring bankruptcy, short sales, offers in compromise, divorce, dementia and death.
