NAPO-SFBA presents a round-table educational evening featuring 4 data management topics and 3 knowledgable data organizers.
Are your clients asking to reduce their paper and go digital? Do you have solutions for documents, contact management and backups? Join us for roundtable discussions on these technology solutions.
Contact Capture and CRM with Patricia Dwyer, Digital Chaos Control – comparing Insightly, Evernote and Contactually.
Scan documents with OCR with Jesse Sondheimer, Teaching and Taming Technology – featured solution is Adobe Acrobat.
Backup Options with David Casuto, SF Tech Training – Backup solutions include Google drive, Time Machine, One Drive and Carbonite.
Scan Receipts for Bookeeping - a Crowd-Sourced Topic: Who can contribute to this conversation? Services like Scan Snap and GeniousScan are hot items, what do you know about them?

At the meeting, the topics will be presented in 3 rounds so organizers can choose the topics that suit them. Each roundtable session is 20 minutes, and this format gives the organizers lots of opportunity to ask questions of the experts!
